Thread preview on forumdisplay

i've noticed that our bubble that pops up when hovering over a thread doesnt stick around anymore. before we had it so it would stay up longer. is this possible to get it back?

Chris Mathes made that original mod for us a while back. Either he or I will have to look and see if we remember how it was done an where.
