Thos. Moser trunk shows in Charlotte

As part of its 40th-anniversary celebration, furniture maker Thos. Moser will hold a trunk show of its handcrafted wood pieces from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. May 5-6 at the Blake Hotel, 555 S. McDowell St.
There are also chair making demonstrations from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day and the brand’s furniture experts will be on hand to answer questions.

Tarheel yes that is true - it is in charlotte on the 5 &6th of may at the blake hotel and on the 12 & 13th in durham at the marriott in rtp

Took a trip today to check out. Inspiring to say the least. Mostly cherry, finished with BLO and wax begging to be touched. Joinery 2nd to none. Nicer from the bottom than top. Staff more than pleasant. One cabinetmaker there has bench directly next to Moser himself. Very imformative to talk to him and he'd go out of his way to show you how he did something. Obviously very proud of his work, and rightfully so. Well worth the trip to inspire this humble carpenter. Also nice to see American made and successful furnituremaker.
