The "myth" is now a reality

After almost two years of "pre-moving" sales of (almost) all my excess woodworking stuff, it is now official. Last night we signed the contract on our property - with a pre-qualified buyer !!!:icon_cheers The stated closing date is September 2nd, but of course it is subject to change. We're so excited I just had to tell y'all. Thanks for "listening".
