Some interesting trends we are experiencing.

With the residential construction capacity completely over extended at this time, wholesalers have increased their lumber and ply prices dramatically. The retailers seem to not be part of the trend, as they supply a different market.

We use to get wholesale at almost 1/2 price of retail. Now retail in many cases offer better prices, albeit the quality is at a lower level.
