If nothing else, it'd be a great conversation piece.......

Of course, it'd need to put a treadle mechanism on it. Why? So then I'd be off balance while standing on one leg while using it. I'm a dare devil!

Does the table move or does the arm pivot?

Looks like an early precursor to a miter saw to me.

Personally, I do NOT want it. I would be just like Ralphie shooting his eye out with the BB gun.:nah:
