Lee Rolllison has been in contact with Rockler Woodworking Store in Cary and they have been receptive to hosting our meetings starting in April. Rockler indicated that they may be willing to give club members a 10% discount on purchases of many items from their store. I will be compiling a list of club members for them. Although I have club members email addresses, I only have phone numbers for about half the members. Please let me know if you want to be on the member list that I provide to Rockler and provide me your phone number as they will likely need that to manage any store discounts.
As for April, Rocker does not have our normal date and time slot available for us. They are able to provide time from 4 to 6PM on April 12th. This works out well for us since we decided in our last meeting to avoid Easter Sunday. Note that starting in June we should be able to go back to our 2PMmeeting time on the first Sunday of the month.

The April challenge is “Home Decor ”. As usual that covers a number of possibilities like wall hangings, or something to fill that special empty space on a shelf.
If you are not able to make an item, bring something you did in the past. I will be sending out a meeting reminder email during the week prior to the April meeting.

challenge or any other project you are working on.
