Hey all, I just wanted to apologize for not being here much in the past week. I feel like i'm slipping on my Moderator duties. I've been battling a herniated disc in my neck and all of the sudden, sitting at the computer is a whole lot less fun.
I will try to be more on top of stuff now.

Sorry to hear about your problems. I have had herniated lumbar discs, but I can't imagine them in my neck. Let us know if we need to do more while you're having difficulties.

Don't worry about it, I've kept the trolls at bay:lol: , and no post have gone un-replied for too long. Sorry to hear about your neck, that sounds like it really hurts. Was it work (fire-fighting) related? Hope that you're doing better. Dave

DaveO, I only wish it were work or firefighting related. Then worker's comp would step in and I'd not have to shell out a dime. Truth is that I did it 3 years ago. I went through steroids, anti-inflamitories, PT, etc and the symptoms went away. Then 3 weeks ago I apparently did something to re-aggrevate it. So Friday night I went for an MRI and guess what...it's still there and bigger than ever.
Equally as noteworthy, this MRI did prove once and for all that I DO have a brain...but now I'm going to have to scan it in and post it because as some here put "no pictures = it didn't happen!"

Yep, that was why I inquired about if it was work related. I look forward to seeing your brain pics, what HP is it, an how much does it weigh? Hope you feel better soon.

:rolf: I needed that. You're right about needing proof and watching out for WG! I've had to prove I actually had a brain the same way. After years of my sister insisting that I had a pointed little head (...your little pointed head....) I had to prove her incorrect by having chemo and going bald. The things we'll do...

I had to leave the Christmas ornament class a little early last Sat. and had WG take pictures while I was there 'cause I know you guys!

Wow, good luck with that, the back and neck problems can be the worst ever.

I've never really done anything past pulling my back and it was horrible, there was no position that didn't hurt. So I can't imagine actually REALLY hurting it like you have.

The last time I pulled my back it was in the most stupid way I've ever heard, and should be notated in the "Moronic Ways to Hurt Yourself" scrolls.

I sneezed while I was bent over the sink brushing my teeth. As a bonus I almost dashed my brains out on the faucet. :eyeslam:
