My rubber bands stopped working on holding my computer together so I haven't been on the site much. Went to Anderson to pick up my desktop and it's dead too. ARGH!!!!!! I'll get back as soon as I can.
That explains why the site hasn't been as interesting and witty over the last few days. Hope you get it all straighten out, we miss our regular posters :-D

Are you and DH, swapping computers, I saw that you were on-line and now Stoneskipper is. I have always wondered how a husband and wife team interact with the forum.

We each have laptops - his is from work so I rarely use it. I grabbed his, logged him out and got to catch up a little bit. We have DSL so we can, and frequently aree on at the same time - different computers.
D L - The problem seems to be a borken wire in the cord not the plug as I thought, so the CA glue just didn't work!
That's funny, we have a wireless network in our house. My wife is often on her laptop on the couch, and I am on the main computer across the livingroom and she will e-mail me instead of talking across the 25' room

We do the same thing - especially if we want to look at the same page on a web site. There's even a way that one computer can literally lead the other computer, but it is very slow.
John pieced together the fans from another dead desktop and got my desktop working again! Not as convenient as the laptop, but at least I have access again. Fortunately when the other started acting up I bought a 40 gig drive to back up all the essential files. Now I just need to load them here. Yea!!!
I've had orientation for the hospital system and a week and a half at the large hospital in the system. I actually start at my facility today. I really enjoyed the people and the time spent so far. I think I'll really like the job. Thanks for asking.
