I am no longer turning bowls and consequently have some surplus equipment.

The items are as follows:

5/8" Superflute bowl gouge asking $50
3/4" Sorby bowl gouge asking $50
2 Sorby HD scrapers asking $40 each
Packard bent hollowing tool asking $25
Sorby inside out caliper asking $20

Also went to a workshop with David Ellsworth and made two tools based on his designs. They are drill rod in long handles with a metal cutting bit. Asking $15 each.

Got a gun drill for you lamp turners. Asking $15.

Sorby bowl gouge sharpening attachment for your grinder. This gives the swept back wings on the gouge. Asking $25.

Last item is a Porter-Cable Model 304 7" disc sander with several discs. Great for the outside of bowls. Asking $40.

@tvrgeek may be interested in the inside out caliper. If it's the one that shows the wall thickness on the outboard ends, he's been looking for a better one.
What is the cross sectional size of the 2 Sorry HD Scrapers? Also what do the end profiles look like? I'm interested in at least one of these.
I'm curious about the David Ellsworth tools? I can't picture what you're trying to describe. I'll send a DM with my phone number and maybe you can send me pics of the inside out calipers, the 2 HD scrapers, and the DE tools!
Thanks Roy!

I'd be interested in some things as well. I'm just getting started myself. Particularly the bowl gouges and sharpening attachment. Where about in NC are you?

Gerry, the Ellsworth hollowing tools are 32" long. That would be hard, but not impossible, to ship.
