Does anyone know where I can find a slot cutting router bit that is 1/8" cutting height (thickness of bit) with a diameter of LESS than 1 7/8" diameter?
I make and sell beer tap handles that accept plastic baseball card type inserts so that the logos/beer names are customizable, and have been adjusting my templates to get tigher tolerances, and up until now the slot cutting bit I've been using has been fine for me, but now that I've tweaked my jigs for a better product, I need one that has a diameter LESS than 1 7/8". Preferably less than 1.6", but anything less than 1.8" will work.

Looking for similar bits, or even just the cutting head that I can mount on a shank I might already have...dont care what brand, just need something smaller than 1 7/8".
I've destroyed 4 of these in the last few weeks because the diameter is just barely too large for the openings I'm cutting on some of my handles.
