It's 11 inches tall and about 8 inches around.

At the moment I am kinda using a trial and error method by starting at base and then just making pieces larger as I go up , and then tapering back down . If anyone knows of a software that is usefull without being overly complicated I could use the directions for a change:dontknow:.

How about then Bills !!!

Hi Dan, great job, the bowl looks real nice, if you can do that with scraps then I need to get you a box if scraps from my shop, I have all kinds of Hawaiian woods, if you pay the shipping I will give you the wood, I can fit a lot in a flat rate priority mail box and they only cost $9.30 to ship. Like you I don't throw anything away and now I have about 5 tons of wood or more :) no lie, I got alot of wood, I just brought home about 1200 pounds or more of Norfolk Pine, we cut a 40 year old tree because the owner of the property was thinking it might fall on her house, I will post a picture of the wood later. Again great job on the bowl, aloha.
