Hi,
All you segmented bowl turners.
What price do set for your bowls?
Nothing fancy, 6-7 inches across, 4-5 rings.
Thanks:eusa_danc

That I guess depends on what woods, how much time you have into the turning and what your time is worth to you.

This one below was my first Segmented turning on my own, and I have over 30 hours into it. And I listed it for $450. Some say it is way to low and others think Oh MY Gosh that's an expensive piece. Of course I still have it.

I have mostly sold Bracelets/Bangles for $30-$35 each (Mostly exotic woods), but only about 5 for that price. I even tried lowering my price to $20 and didn't sell a thing.

Sold more to family than actual customers.

Hope this helps even a little bit. :icon_thum

I will sell ones like that for about $40-60
But I dont worry about my time, I just enjoy doing them and try to get back enough to cover costs.

I'm like Earl,I just do this for fun,as I just like making things, but all I can say is that a lot depends on where you are trying to sell it,craft show, gallery ?that makes a big differance.right now woodcrafts don't seem to be moving very well at all.
