will not allow user to directly exit if the field entries are not satisfied. Returns with
"You have empty profile fields that are required to be filled in. Please visit your profile page to update these fields."
Only way out is to LOGOFF/LOGON

Do you think this is due to new fields being required or that they were completed the first time? If the latter, is there a way to make specific fields required before a new user can even complete their registration?

I consider it poor programming to prohibit an exit from a page opened by mistake. And this page forces me to goto My Owm Page and fill in some already filled in fields. This is a fairly new bug as I didn't have it when, as treasurer, I often had to link a PayPal name to ours.

Can you provide as much detail on exactly what search you are trying?
