Got my Wood-Mizer Way mag in the mail today. Seemed to answer the question what to do with sawdust :-D

That's basically how pellet stoves work, except you have to buy your sawdust compressed into pellets. Sounds like a great way to Tree-cycle even more :icon_thum

Didn't know pellets were compressed sawdust. Heating seems like a good use for sawdust. Kyle and Randy must create a lot too. I seem to haul it out by the trash can load from the shop and pickup load full from the mill.

Also used to fire brick kilns. Had brick plant that was customer at last job; maintenance mgr told me they get several thousand degrees of temp by the flash fire from dumping in sawdust/chips they used. Hauled it in by the 40' trailer load. Also told me they never shut down kiln unless necessary as it took 7-10 days to get it back up to temp once down. Seems it'd do well to heat home.
