Yep, it's been like pulling teeth to get some, one, or a few specifics and it could have been a lot simpler from square one!

Jeff, let's keep in mind he's very new to this and might not have familiarity with what we would consider basic terminology or how to explain what he's trying to do.

Dazart, if you make it to the meetup like you're hoping, I can show you through some of the basic milling steps and you can joint/resaw/flatten that board if you haven't figured it out before then. It'll only take a few minutes.
