Frist I hope this is the right place for this.
I got a new ryobi table saw for xmas.
I had a small problem with the sliding miter table (not enough of a problem that i couldnt use it)
I sent email to ryobi explaning the problem, they replayed that they could be of no help, and to call the technicians and give me a 1 800 #:cry:
I finally got around to calling them.
after talking to a very nice man for about 10 mins. he told me that it was really HD's responsability to take care of it but being as I had to go so far to get to the HD, he is sending me a new sliding miter table no charge:mrgreen::icon_thum:eusa_clap.
THEY GET 5 STARS FROM ME

Earl, I am glad to hear it all worked out for you. I hope you enjoy your new saw. How are your cabinets coming along?

The cabinets are going slow but steady
I have 7 doors hung 1 more door finished and 11 doors glued up

Cool:cool: Sounds like you have been staying very busy. Make sure you post of "work in progress" photos for use. That way we can start our drooling early.:lol:
