Good morning all - moving some farm equipment around and need to reclaim some space in my barn.
I picked this up off of another member here a few years ago, and wanted to offer it up to members here before resorting to Marketplace.
Approx ~180 BF (plus - measured VERY conservastively) of ROUGH black walnut. Note that this wood is very rough - ie lots of waste, (knots, checks, etc), but the nice sections are beautiful. Approx 42 boards, 4-6" wide, ~12' long.
If you wanted to use this to build a dining table, you’d have a hard time. If you wanted to use this to build small boxes, trim, etc and don’t mind a bit of milling labor to cut out to bad parts, you’d have a nice stash for very cheap! Stacked/ stickered/ and stored under my barn shelter.
I’ve used a dozen or so boards for face frames, boxes, etc and it came out great.
$250 for the stack to love it along -preference to those who can come pickup sooner vs later.
Sanford NC, right off of either US-1 or 421.
Thanks!
