Where is a good source for 2 colors of rope or cord like in the picture

Many hardware stores have rope by the foot. If you are looking for small quantities, I would try there first.

poly comes in a variety of colors and is weather resistant

Sgt Knots customer here, especially since most hardware stores dropped the rope by the foot spools, in favor of prepackaged.

I might check sgt knots out when I get down to the Charlotte area. I went to Burke’s Brothers today with no luck

Another option is both Tractor Supply and Agrisupply, with Agrisupply being my first choice.

Appears to be Manilla rope and nylon line. Manilla rope is cheap and can get anywhere. West marine ( if you have one) has nylon by the foot.
