Wanted Rikon Tailstock and tool rest

Just acquired a 70-220VSR and need all of the parts of the tailstock - for some reason the casting and both locking handles are there but not the quill, live center and handwheel.
Also in need of a tool rest. Again, the casting is there but not the actual tool rest.

You may be better off the get an after market tool rest, there are some nice modular systems that are very nice. I would like to have one but my post hole is 1 1/2" diameter and I think the largest is 7/8.

As for the tailstock, if you can't find or order the original parts then take some measurements and check Grizzly. I have been very pleasantly surprised with their parts stock and compatibility with other manufacturers.

Rikontools.com has a parts section. The handwheel shows out of stock. Didn't see the quill. Live center is probably a #2 MT available at Rockler, Woodcraft, Klingspor. I got a set of 4 from Amazon. Might try Grizzly for the quill as most of those lathes are made in the same factory. Grizzly customer service is great. Tool rest is also on Amazon if you have the banjo.
