Just got three of my Ridgid 12 volt LI drills back from J&S Tool repair. They replaced the batteries ( a total of four batteries) under either warranty, or lifetime service agreement. I don't care which, but it is sure nice to have new batteries for FREE! Don't forget to file the "Life Time Service Agreement" when you buy a Ridgid tool.

I've had the same good feeling when I got my new, free batteries. And, if you use J&S and you live outside of Wake County, they ship your repaired or replaced product to you free (Ridgid pays for this). Another nice thing is even if you forget to register the tool, and don't realize it until it needs service, they allow you to do a retroactive registration as long as you have a receipt to prove that you purchased the tool.
