Have a wheelathon next year prior to the holidays. Take short lengths of dowel stock, pre drill the axel holes, make a bunch of bead cuts and part off. Sounds easy but still lots of work. Probably couldn't get enough made for the numbers needed. But with free labor, gotta be cheaper. BTW, cool thing you guys do.
