How to put a reoccurring quote at the bottom of a thread?

I did mine in the old site - look under your profile for something called (perhaps) a signature line

Click on your name at the very top of the page, a menu will drop down, in there is Signature.

It is indeed called the "SIGNATURE". Click on your name in the upper right and click signature and fill out the form.
If you had one set on the old site, it should have moved over.
