Recreating this finish

Anyone have any thoughts on how I can recreate/make my finish look this this? It is a grayish/brown color, piece of laminate/LVP flooring. I am thinking trying to white wash a piece of oak, then using a gray stain over that. Any thoughts/ideas?

Edit- Added photo, not sure what happened the first time around.

Mike you should try the stain to match the dark background apply topcoat finish on top of that then apply an alabaster or an off-white glaze, And then apply another topcoat

looks like cerused wood. Its a process, not just a stain, but depending on how much you have to do, it may be worth the effort.

Based on my searches I found a couple links which lead me to this.

All You Need to Know About Cerused Wood <-- lists a process and some products
<-- a video on techniques... its eh

That looks like "weathered wood" from an old barn or shed. Where did your test piece in the picture come from?
