problems with this site today

We're in Forest City and sometimes have weird problems with the internet here so this may be our problem, but has anyone else had odd problems maneuvering around the site today? John clicked on new posts and got a message that the system would not allow him to conduct another search on this site for 5 seconds and then said he had thousands of minutes to wait to conduct a search. (how's that for a run-on sentence?)

This morning we could not get on at all.

I got a message when trying to spell check a private message that it couldn't access spellcheck but it did access it in a background screen.

Just didn't know if there was a problem and someone needed to know.

Cathy I kind of think something may be going on this morning. I was having some funky problems too and problems accessing the site this morning. From both work and home, with two different providers. It seems like things are ok now but I am not 100 percent sure.

All I noticed was that the site's date was off and birthdays for tomorrow were posted as current. Seconds later that changed and I didn't see the said birthday postings. I was only on briefly this morning and again tonight as I had company visiting. Dave
