This burl was donated by an NCWW member (I'll let him confess) . I think he was testing me. How did I do?

C&C welcome.
Thanks for looking.

P.S. Started turning green maple and green river birch so not to much to show of those for a few months. Still, I'm behind posting some finished turnings.

Very nice work, Gene! You passed the test. I don't know how you kept that in one piece while turning. I'm glad you rose to the challenge (You're welcome, BTW).

I really like the bark inclusions, glad they didn't fall off during turning! Nice job!

What do you do with all of your turnings? Display them at home?

But the bark inclusions did fall out. Think that all the voids were full of bark. I stopped thinning walls to retain some inclusions.

What do I do wth turnings? Aggravate mgmt!. Sell some. Give away some. Daughter takes some.
