For some reason, this particular member stuck with me.

Here was his first run in:

Deal is, he came to a new member chat and hounded members offering his re-used poly-plastic stuff.

He runs a reuse/recycle business out of Durham. Not sure to what extent he is "commercial".

The tube is also listed on Ebay under his reuserecycler account.

I'm not sure this is actionable, but wanted to share some history if he starts repeating his pattern.

It's borderline, but there are no direct links to Craigs' List or eBay, and the notion of trading fits very well into the hobby/ amateur category. I think the 5-post-minimum rule has been very helpful turning away "one-timers", but I think we should be tolerant when the offering is not intrusive and a good deal for the people here. The recent Leitz deal from Mike Jackson is a good example.
