I bought this saw to do some trim work in my house. It is like new condition. I would say no more than 2 hours run time on it.

was just looking at that saw... That is a good deal, but not a great one, as Lowe's clearanced them about 4 years ago at about $240???? That being said, I may be asking permission soon

It is a good saw -- I have one with a 96-tooth Freud blade and it cuts very accurately. It has a dual line laser that shows both sides of the saw blad very accurately and it does not spew dust all over if a vac is connected to the bag port. I doubt it will last long.
