That is not a very good deal. You can go to to a Rent-a-John company and but them for app. $20-30. They make very good Deer Hunting stands. Take out the holding tank, mount a swivel seat, cut out some viewing panels on the sides and mount on a platform off the ground about 10-12 feet. DAMHIKT:gar-La;
