Well now that my kitchen is finished I took my router and mounted it on the aux table of my TS, and so I had to make a fence for it.
Its made from prts on hand, 3/4 ply and the face is some 3/4 shelf stuff paritcal board laminated on both sides, that my neighbor give me.
Its a little ugly but strong and stright.
it mounts to eather site of the TS fence the faces adjust in and out, and shims can be put in on eather side.
Thats the tall faces on it now the center edges are cut at 45 deg. so i can trap a zero clerance peice if i want.
The router is 2 1/4 hp all ball bearing 1/2 and 1/4 collet with fixed and plung base $90 brand new, and i did the whole kitchen with it (19 raised panels + a lot more).
there is 2 home made push blocks in the picture.

Looks good to me. Personally, I am the type that doesn't care what it looks like as long as it works.

You have any plans for those tall fences?

I like it! :icon_thum Having that T-track in your TS fence really simplifies your mounting options. I still have to make something like this for my RT. I also like the idea of 45° mitered faces to trap a ZCI... I might just have to steal that one. :)
