Here are a few of the ones that I have done. I have 2 more turned in the shop that need to be assembled. I have also made a form of sorts that you could include with each pen or as a batch. It is in MS Word so you could save the form and then type the information into it. I have checked with Steve and it is OK to use the logo. You can also modify the from to your liking if need be

How about turning some pens at the Klingspor show? You would only have to extend your deadline a little bit, and we could easily set up a few lathes and have people turning. Might generate interest in our gathering as well as turning out some pens!

I think this would be a really good idea. I would gladly delay the deadline if anyone wanted to do this. We only have a deadline so we don't carry on forever.

I'd die of stagefright if I was turning pens in front of anyone.

Clay, I think as long as several of us were turning it wouldn't be too scary! We could group the lathes together, folks could see what we are doing but we wouldn't feel "alone". Most fun I've had turning pens was at the Woodcraft pen turning event last year - gabbing with other turners, none of whom I'd met before. All of us had different levels of experience - had a blast! And remember, I am extremely shy (don't laugh).

Clay,

Have been laid up with a severe sinus infection that only now is starting to clear up.

My pens have been turned rough thus far. Not this, but next weekend I'll move heaven and earth to finish up.

Everyone that is turning pens. I have, for a good reason, decided we cannot move the original date. If anyone turns any pens at the woodworking show in Hickory, I will make an additional mailing.
