Pencil Man! Made From 3/8 inch oak.
The design comes from @2virgule5d book, Making Wooden People And Pets from @foxchapelpublishing .
I photocopied the pattern and attached it to my material with clear packing tape. I then cut it out in 5 minutes on my @deltamachinery scroll saw with number 5 ultra reverse tooth blades.
After sanding I drilled the proper sized hole in the hand for the pencil with my @craftsman drill.
Then it was time for finish with @rustoleum clear gloss.
After that I slid my @northcarolinawoodworker pencil into the hand and the project was completed!
