Has anyone ever figured out how to order Ridgid parts?
Even their own PNs don't work on their own website!
Only interested in how for woodworking tools.....Thanks, Joe

Joe,
Go to Ridgid web site and they have a link under support for rigid parts.
Then click on class of tool like stationary, bench top, etc., then the tool in that category that you want and it will bring up exploded diagram and by each part you can add to cart and purchase it.

If you are looking for a brick & mortar store, try Portable Tool Service on North Graham St. in CLT. They are authorized service center reps & can order parts as well. Just be sure to have all the model/serial/yada yada. They are a multi line service center & also repair Milwaukee and others.

Right...that takes me to EMPARTS, who promises 7-14 days turnaround time with a $10.00 minimum shipping chg. I was trying to get to RIDGID itself; if possible :BangHead:

Part I'm looking for is $2.60.....:swoon:

Thanks guys. Seems that RIDGID wants nothing to do with it's parts!
At least with Craftsman you can still get parts.
