a couple of you saw the outfeed table that i added to my ridgid 3650,and asked how did i mount it.well i started with 2 pcs of 1/8 x 3'' flatbar cut to 27''. on i took off the left wing, drilled holes to match wing mounting holes to table, and installed the wing with the flatabr in between.i then drilled the outer edge of the right wing and the flatbar to match and mounted it . then i used 3/16 x 1 1/2 angle iron, drilled angle and flatbar and mounted each sticking out the back. then i used long carraige bolts nuts and washers to make the table adjustable. i used 1/2/'' luan that i had layin around,it worked fine, and its lighter than 3/4 mdf.if 3/4 is used i would suggest legs for the rear to support it,as this makes the saw back heavy when the castors are down. i cutout for the guardand splitter. also when blade is raised to its highest point and tilted to 45 deg. the motor hits the bottom of the table, but i can mitre 2 1/2 '' with no probs.the table realy works well, and i was glad cause the saw is dangerous without it on cuts of 20 '' or more.hope this helps, hope the pics come through,if not ill try em again.let me know if you try this and need more info,im glad to help

Thanks Allen. That is a great improvement to the saw. Apparently the stock Ridgid didn't have enough holes in it
