Recently, we have had some new members register that are not actually residents of NC. After communicating when them privately, I have found that they all had good reasons for wanting to be members. So I want make sure that we welcome these members as well as we do residents.
I also found out that the way I was validating these users could be construed as hostile.
So I have changed the registration form, to make clear that non NC residents with a valid interest are welcome.
