do I have to go to "forum list" and open "off topic" to see "off topic" threads

I guess I am a little confused because when I open "Forums" I see threads about multiple subjects but not my "off topic" thread

hope this makes sense

you have to "Hunt" for "your" posts (you will not see them in a "what's new or all forum view.
(You Are seeing other "off topic" posts, right? (there is a way to ignore or silence a specific forum)

If you use "What's New" it shows new topics since you last visited. If that post has not been replied to then it is not new.

You cab tap "What's New" again to show your post.

So, I do not know specifically how NCWW was set up, but my guess the off topic was set up in the beginning, like many other forums do. Remember, the software that drives this site is an off the shelf product. As such, likely this was something that the original menu set offered and was set up. That said, as most forums go, people begin to post most postings in the general forum and to not label the off topic category to their posting. At least that has been my observation.
