It's not Chrome, it's the NCWW stylesheet that gives the site it's look-and-feel. ...I dug into the NCWW stylesheet a bit but can't find the problem. But then again I'm pretty bad at debugging CSS...
Do we know this isn't something server side? All browsers support CSS pretty evenly these days (finally!), so for only Chrome to suddenly break and only NCWW's custom stylesheet sounds like something on the delivery side.
It's something whitespace related. All the content is being presented, but a block/inline value is not being respected or delivered somewhere.
