Northfield BS Update-New Table Insert-Wheels Installed

Fabricated a new table insert out of 1/4" aluminum with two threaded holes. Four adjustment screws allow user to set the insert flush with the table top. Once flush, two screws (screwed in from bottom of table) are used to hold insert in position.

Also managed to get the wheels installed. After all the PITA involved in removal they went on extremely easy. I installed the old blade and with a little adjustment it tracks true even with no guides. I have two new 198" blades on the way from John Welch, Boone, NC. A 1"- 2TPI for my Centauro and a 3/8"-6TPI for this Northfield.

For all that were perplexed at my paint scheme, I have finally started getting it back close to the original color with some rattle cans.

I would say replacing the old insert was a good call ;)

You are rolling right along on this project!
