Next BoD meeting

Please let me know your availability for the next BoD meeting. It should be held between 7/1 and 7/14 (By responding to this thread). I will not be available 7/11 as I am racing at Lake Harris that AM.

I telephone meeting should suffice, unless someone has a good reaon for a face-to-face.

Here is my availability:

7/1: Conference call @ 7pm or after
7/2-7/5: Unavailable
7/6-7/9: Conference call @7pm or after
7/10-7/11: Available any time
7/12-7/14: Conference call @7pm or after

Exceptions may be possible for 7/4 and 7/5 if it is a conference call. I have family in town that weekend, but could sneak away for a little bit if that worked out better for everyone else.

My only exceptions would be this week, we have Vacation Bible School going on and I am a part of it. Other than that I would be unavailable on a Sunday morning or evening. Tuesday nights I have piano practice until about 8:00. Any other time should be fine.

Tuesday works for me. As long as I remember.:BangHead::BangHead::BangHead: Question. Since Travis has stepped down do we need to use a different conference number? I do not think we should assume it is OK unless he has stated so.

I do have a conference number if we need to use it.
