Hey one of the lathes I get to use is a huge old as me Delta lathe! Thing weighs a ton. Good old days.

Wish I could afford or had space for the big kahuna, had a big old delta in the 80s that was nearly as old as I (actually not very old at the time). Think it was 40” between centers but can’t recall swing, never had time to do bowls. Current version is a fairly common inexpensive smaller/limited model which is probably a good thing now a days to keep within my budget.

Anyway, @Charlie has posted some amazing segmented work. I’m a bit tool and stock limited at present. But looks like a great way to use small stock and scrap.
