Welcome to this site. What kind of woodworking are you interested in and what kind of tools do you have? These are both important factors in a project for a new woodworker.

Welcome Rob. Good first project ideas: Something for the shop (storage, jigs etc.) or something for the kitchen (cutting board, trivet etc.). If at all possible, pick a project that requires one or two new tools. This provides great justification for tool acquisition.
