Hello All...Just found this forum and thought I would join in. I have only been carving for about 3 months now but have found out one thing...This can be addictive!!! I'm posting a few photos of what I have been working on. Comments and suggestions are always welcome. Thanks, Chuck

Welcome Chuck, I am glad that you found us. Wow you really know how to make a splash with your first post. Pictures and everything. Your carvings are stupendous, I find it hard to believe that you've only been doing it for 3 months. Either you have incredible natural talent or you haven't ate or slept for the last three months and just carved.
I look forward to your input in the forums and seeing more of your work.

Hey Guys, Thanks for all of the kind comments. I appreciate them. You really know how to make a guy feel welcome here. Actually, I have only been actively carving for the 3 months. I did, however, try it once before but limitations on time, responsibilities, etc. caused me to put it aside. Now that I have retired, I have renewed my interest and hope to really get back into it. I've posted photos of the only things that I did back in 1987. Thanks again for the comments. Chuck
