These things are gorgeous, but there is no way I could do them. I would go nuts having to do all the reinsertion of the blades into the next area.

Speaking of which, how do you keep what you should and should not cut straight? Do you X the areas that need to be cut or something?

Most patterns pretty easy to tell - but if I am in doubt when I start I kind of pencil-in the waste areas.
