New Tool Gloat...

My son and I have been turning pens for a while, and he's asked me a few times to get a chuck to add to our ability to turn other stuff. Well, today the UPS guy shows up with a box, and inside is this....

Guess we get to find out just what this tool can do for us real soon....I may never get to use my lathe again if my son gets hold of it..... :gar-La;

Nice pick up there fill. the Barracuda is a great little chuck, it will hand everything your lathe can and take you into your next bigger lathe. Oh yes, bigger lathe, it's just a matter of time. Feel the power of the vortex.

Yep, a father son bond is exactly what I'm going for...my son is 18 and has always liked going to the shop with me, loves to do woodworking stuff. That is so important these days, and this should be one of those things to keep his interest a LONG time.... :icon_thum
