For those monitoring the webmaster's email, the way you will know who these people are is the following:

county = “Not NC Resident”
Non-Resident Join Request = "woodworking-galleries.org"
referrer box = SteveColes

I've been wondering what was going on. I figured if they put you down as a referal, then something was legit.
That's good of you to offer to still host their pics, and like you say we may end up with some new good members.

They're flooding in today. And many are offering their introduction in the Who We Are forum, which is better than we get from most regular new members :eusa_danc

I stand corrected, the other day, I thought we mods had access to that portion of AdminCP that controlled new members... playing around this morning before coming to work I learned otherwise. perhaps that is a vestigial (?) memory from my brief tour as an admin during the course of the software conversion (gasp) a year ago???

I just approved four new members, three of whom are woodworking-galleries.org members from out of state. The fourth is from Apex ob(papate14), but listed Southern Virginia in his profile.

Who ever is approving all the new members is much faster than I 8-O 8-O . Everytime I see a new member or get the e-mail, I check to see if approval is needed, and it is already taken care of. I haven't had the chance to done one. I'm impressed :icon_thum
