I’m new to the site and have enjoyed reading the forums and discussions. I’ve been working in the shop lately on a QSWO table that’s almost finished, and have got a few good ideas here. Hello and I look forward to reading the good discussions here. I attached a picture of the table base.

Thanks for the kind welcome. In response to Gerrid, I used a water based dye, boiled linseed oil then a coat of seal a cell. Followed with antique walnut gel stain, and still need 2 coats of arm r seal

Welcome, and that is a very nice and different looking base. I've never thought of having storage space under a table (I assume that is what you have there). As others have already said, please do post more photos as you finish it up.

The figure and finish looks awesome!

Welcome Dean, it's a great group. I love the grain and how rich the color came out on your table.

The figure in that white oak continues to really lol quite nicely! A wonderful looking piece of furniture that will last a very long time.

You nailed it! Well done.
