As we continue to tweak the format, we are making one change starting tonight.

7:30 to 8pm will be reserved for New Member Introductions.

Please feel free to join in at 7:30. Just keep your focus on welcoming the new members.

At 8pm, the floor opens up for topical discussions of any sort.

I think that a great idea. Too many times the new guys stay in the background, not knowing the local customs. Anything we can do to get folks to jump in to the discussions, will make the overall site better.

I'd like to join in on this, but probably won't be able to stay for long. Thursdays keep being busy for me. Would it be terribly rude of me to join in for a few minutes and leave?
