I have a piece of 22ga 24"x 24" sheet steel I need to cut to 21-1/2" x 15". I then need to notch the corners and bend a 1/4" edge on all 4 sides. Does anyone in the Raleigh area have the time and the tool to help me out. It will be a couple weeks before I am back in town.

TIA

Tom,

If you don't find one of us who has this capability, most any HVAC contractor could do that, and because it is between seasons, you might get a good price too.

Tom.

You may want to PM Scott Smith.

The last time was down to his farm, I am sure that I saw one in his shop. :wink_smil

Wayne, I remember seeing one as I was helping with the shop fire last year, but did not know if it was good to go or not. I will PM him.
Thanks for he reminder.

Tom: Not shure but I just rented a siding brake to bend all my aluminum, if it can handle that thickness, which I dont know how thick it is, the rest we can do with either my bandsaw of heck jigsaw with metal blade. :gar-Bi

OK Just checked 22 guage is only 1/32" so I am pretty shure we could ez bend that in the brake
