Need referrals for work on new house

We just moved to Apex and I need some referrals for work that needs to be done.
If you know of a good referral for any of these please let me know.

Chimney - needs to be inspected /swept
Plumbing - need quote to replace PBT piping
Roof - needs an inspection (gutters too)
Drywall - looking for quotes to drywall garage

For roofing I recommend Dave's Roof Repair (Home Roof Repair - Daves Roof Repair & Referral Service (919-219-2474)). He only does repairs, but if you needed a full roof I would trust his recommendation. I'm not sure if he does gutters, though I feel sure he would inspect for you. Ask about that if you decide to call.
