Need Plans for Wooden Wagon Wheels

Hi Y'all, I have been asked if I could find plans to build authentic replicas of the wooden wagon wheels that were on the cannons in the civil war and authentic replicas of buckboard wagon wheels. Does anyone have any plans for either of these wheels? Does anyone know of the best place to find the plans for the most authentic wheels for either or both? Thanks. Steve
