Need CNC Router Assistance

I live in Laurinburg NC and have assembled a 4' x 10' CNCRouterparts (now AvidCNC) CNC router. I have everything put together but need assistance in the software and initial shakedown. I have checked and tried everything but just can't get the thing to jog around. Help!!!

Looks like Avid CNC is currently using Mach4. Is it Mach4 you can't make work or something else?
